As a registered nurse and a licensed nursing home administrator for over 6 years, I can assure you that giving your family member the love and support they deserve at our facility. We believe in creating an environment that makes it possible for our residents to enjoy life and all that it still has to offer. Our team is made up of caring individuals who are committed to providing the highest level of care with compassion and kindness. Contracture Management

This program is designed to assist with the management of upper and lower extremity contractures that develop as a natural part of many disease processes. Therapists are able to assist with positioning, splinting, managing patient’s pain, assisting with hygiene and other patient care issues.

Urinary Continence Improvement Program

Incontinence is an important issue that impacts many people. There are several types of incontinence that impacts a large population of all ages and genders. We offer a thorough assessment and treatment to improve continence issues. Treatment may include patient education, exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, e-stim for bladder strengthening and training to include these treatments into daily living skills.

Transitional Care Center

Short Term Rehabilitation Center, Including Outpatient Rehabilitation

Our rehab center is staffed with a dynamic and caring team of clinical professionals that work in unison with licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists to meet each patient’s full rehabilitation potential. We offer a variety of comprehensive rehabilitation programs focusing on post hospital recovery, orthopedic, neurologic, pulmonary and other medically complex conditions that allow patients to return to their previous level of functioning following an injury, illness or accident.
